PROVIDING SECURITY

We would like you to sign a Confidentiality Agreement prior to starting this process. This allows both parties to address concerns for privacy of procedure as well as protection of client interest from outside sources that may be interested in your product.

RECIPE

Supply us with your recipe in ounces. If your recipe is made in ounces we can convert to meet our specifications; A listing of all liquids, solids and powders are helpful to begin our conversions.

INGREDIENTS

We send out your product to be analyzed for content through a computer break down system that allows us to procure the proper raw materials to produce as close a representation of your recipe.

PRODUCT PACKAGING
Select a desired container in which your product
will be packaged. We offer a wide selection of
glass jars and plastic containers that will fit our
production standards and customer needs.

LABEL DESIGN
After the selection of your container, the next major consideration will be the label for your product.  Most clients already have a Label and Logo design ready for their products. Ultimate Foods will review your label choice to insure it follows protocol concerning the applicable requirements established by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) concerning labels on food products.   These are the items that must be listed on a food product label: Ingredients, Nutritional Facts, Net Weight, *UPC Number (*Application for UPC Available), Name & Address of Company, Small Description of Product (We can provide a dissertation), Website, Phone Number and/or Email.
