Ultimate Foods will review your label choice to insure it follows protocol concerning the applicable requirements established by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) concerning labels on food products.   These are the items that must be listed on a food product label: Ingredients, Nutritional Facts, Net Weight, *UPC Number (*Application for UPC Available), Name & Address of Company, Small Description of Product (We can provide a dissertation), Website, Phone Number and/or Email.
